Week 8 Game Reports

Patriots 16-3 Bills

Buffalo suffered their 8th consecutive defeat to slump to 0-8 on the season as they were overpowered by the weapons on the Patriots' offense.

The main difference was that the ball stuck to the Pats' receivers hands like glue, whereas the same could not be said of the Bills. The Bills took an unexpected 1st quarter lead but the game was effectively ended when Brady somehow threaded a TD pass through to Patterson in the 3rd quarter to make the score 13-3.

New England had had a lot of success through the air, but largely been shut down on the ground until the gassed Bills' defense ran out of steam in Q4, after the Pats began to run the ball.
