Gridiron Champions.....

Post by MCFCDAP on Fri 19 Jan 2018, 3:08 pm

Hi all,

It does feel strange that there will be people in the league that dont know me or I dont know the but hi anyway!

I’ve just been having a read about the new game coming called Gridiron Champions, google it. Basically going to be an unlicensed college football game created by the Aussie company who make Don Bradman Cricket! I hope it matches the potential they talk about on the website as a non EA football game would be great!

Have a read and see what you think, they do talk about the prospect of licenses in the future too!

I would definitely play it if it came out! Theyve said they’ll be an editor and if its like Don Bradman Cricket, people create full teams to resemble the real life versions!

I miss NCAA, gutted theres never been a PS4 version but i still have NCAA 14 and Head Coach 09 on ps3 and i’m always tempted to buy a ps3 just for them

Well, I for one couldn't be bothered to create full team squads. Things like this were better on PC than on either PS4 or Xbox. I remember with the Madden back in the pc days (think 08 was the last one) there used to be a couple of sites where people were always uploading cool stuff which you could download. My game used to start with the NFL on CBS theme, have the CBS ticker, redesigned uniforms etc etc.

Del: how are they trying to raise this money? Are they just taking donations of will donors actually get something back?

And Del: if you have time to consider playing this, then you can play here.

I'd leave the creating to the experts like the ones who do Don Bradman lol i wouldnt go near it

They have like a crowdfunding page, the more you donate the more you get, ranging from your name in the credits to you being able to create a team yourself with the developers and 20 copies of the game!  Here's the link http://www.imackulatevisiongaming.com/support/

I don't even have a PS4 anymore or I'd be back Sad I'm hoping after i get married in July, I'll buy one and make a return for M19!

Haha tempting to scrap the wedding and use the funds to be the best young QB in the game for the Florida Pirates
