Packers @ Falcons

After multiple restarts to both the game and each HC's routers, and one disconnect in a very laggy game, a match finally broke out with little lag on either side.  Whatever lag experienced on the red side of the field occurred during kicks, with K Dylan Breckner going 3/5 on point afters.

Story of the game:
Atlanta, admittedly, were on top in all three aspects of the game.  Atlanta started off the scoring with a 47 yard PR for a TD by WR Devin Fuller, his second PR TD of the season.  After, they scored on a fumble recovery for a TD by OLB Vic Beasley, after DE Ra'Shede Hageman forced a sack-fumble on Aaron Rodgers.  Green Bay punted after, and Atlanta scored on Offense with a short run from RB Tevin Coleman.
Green Bay came back to score 14 points in the 2nd quarter with passes to Ty Montgomery and Richard Rodgers, to make it a 19-14 game at the half.
After receiving the second half kickoff, Atlanta scored on a 9yd pass to TE Austin Hooper, and started to shut down the GB offense.  Atlanta racked up 6 sacks, two from Hageman, and one late INT by Robert Alford.  GB in comparison, didn't score in the 2nd half and only had a Kyler Fackrell sack and a Demarius Randall INT to reply, with Randall's INT coming in the endzone as Ryan made a poor decision throwing late into the flat.

When the game was won:
Austin Hooper's second TD catch of the game in the 4th quarter to make it a 19 point game.  From the 5yd line, Hooper lined up on the LOS ran to the goal posts. Julio Jones ran a shallow crossing route which drew the attention of both GB safeties.  As they both converged on Jones, the ball was thrown over both of their heads to the hands of Hooper who was wide open in the back of the endzone.

MVP: Julio Jones WR - 10 catches for 143 yards.  Seemed to be open all day, reminiscent of the real life NFC championship game.

FT Green Bay 14 - 33 Atlanta

Next up: Atlanta host the Miami Dolphins while Green Bay will play the Dallas Cowboys in the Tundra.

Redskins Playoffs Hopes Blown Away By Philly

The Eagles may have only won 3 games, albeit some games down to the unavailability of Coach Howells, but division games matter. Especially to the tremendously petty coach of the Eagles, who questioned prior to kickoff whether it would be better to tank for a pick was quoted to have said that there was little chance of that considering how mental Eagles fans are.

With the pitch covered in snow and it still coming down prior to kick off the Redskins took the ball. On their first play from scrimmage, Fletcher Cox ripped past Scherff and with Matt Jones firmly in his sights smashed the ball out of the backs hands. That play set the tone for the game. 7 sacks, 3 of them sack fumbles, with Alex Smith running for his life behind and to the side of the LOS. 5 total fumbles, 4 recovered and 2 picks. With Wentz clinic with the ball the game was effectively over at the half with a Marcus Williams pick 6 putting the Eagles up 4 scores.

With their division record now level with the Cowboys Dallas only need to tie a game in their remaining 2 games to clinch the division. The Skins will hope that there last game against the 3 win Bears will matter, whilst the Eagles will play the 49ers

Gutting. So many chances to win.
